A) Works of new construction or extension of previous ones:

• Title deeds of the owners of the plot of land.

• Identity card of the interested parties.

• If a company is involved, the current powers of attorney or appointment of administrators.

• Cadastral reference (last IBI receipt).

• Municipal building permit.

• Technical project, with an indication of the material execution budget.

• Once granted, a certificate must be provided by the architect author of the project certifying that the description contained in the deed coincides with the project for which the building permit was obtained.

B) Previously existing works, in which there is no technical project:

• Title deeds of the owners of the plot of land.

• Identity card of the interested parties.

• If a company is involved, the current powers of attorney or appointment of administrators.

• Cadastral reference (last IBI receipt).

• Description of the characteristics of the building.

• Municipal certification of the existence of the building and its description, accrediting that the new construction is not subject to any municipal sanctioning proceedings for urban planning indiscipline.

• Value assigned to the new construction being declared.
